simply sign in to your account and click on 'my orders' to get a summary of all your existing orders.
you can click on each individual order to view your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, delivery method, and delivery/tracking information when the order has been delivered.
commonly used order statuses include:
- pending - your order has been placed and is being processed.
- processed - your order has been processed and is being prepared for delivery.
- completed - your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you.
we will do everything we can to accommodate your request; however items that have already begun dispatch cannot be cancelled. please understand that even though you may not have received a dispatch email yet, the dispatch process may already be well underway. the time frame can be as short as 15 minutes, so despite our efforts we may not be able to intercept your parcel.
if the order cannot be cancelled, you may be interested to know that you can still process a return after you receive your item(s).
