we will do everything we can to accommodate your request; however items that have already begun dispatch cannot be cancelled. please understand that even though you may not have received a dispatch email yet, the dispatch process may already be well underway. the time frame can be as short as 15 minutes, so despite our efforts we may not be able to intercept your parcel.
