we design and manufacture our apparel in-house with the strongest emphasis on quality, and we want you to love what you ordered. if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to allow you to receive a web merchandise credit for garments that you do not wish to keep.
with our returns policy, we ask that returns are made within 7 days of the first delivery attempt and items are in the same condition that you received them in. items must be returned new, unused, undamaged and with all the original garment tags attached.
to process a return, simply
- sign in to your account, and fill in our easy one-page returns form to request a returns authorisation number (r.a.n.)
- upon receipt of your returns request, our clubcouture care representatives will reply within two business days with your r.a.n. and how you can mail the item back to us.
we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service such as registered mail as we would not be able to process returns that get lost in the mail.
refunds will be based on amount paid not clubcouture r.r.p.
refunds do not include initial shipping costs and taxes.
sale items, accessories, swimwear, shoes and items sold for 30 percent off or greater are final sale and therefore may not be returned. these merchandise must be considered “as is”. although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition there may be small flaws, missing tags, etc.
please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
clubcouture does its best to ensure that all customers receive goods of top quality. in the situation where you believe that a garment may appear faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the issue as quick as possible.
we will require the garment to be returned so we are able to inspect it further. this is because we need to determine if the fault is a manufacturing issue. we aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible and our clubcouture care representatives will get back to you within two business days.
