shipping and handling for international orders is a flat rate fee of $6.95 - no matter how many parcels we send. shipping is free for all orders $80 and above.

standard delivery usually arrives within 6-12 business days, but may take up to 21 business days from the shipped date. be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. packages may take longer to arrive, and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

if you want your pretty pieces fast, you can opt for express delivery for $35 - most orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days up to 5 business days.

since our merchandise are stocked in limited quantity, an item may already be sold out by the time you are ready to make a purchase. we have the solution - go ahead, shop clubcouture as per normal and then email us at care@clubcouture.cc within 1 hour of your purchase for us to 'hold' your package while you shop over the next few days or weeks to accumulate your orders.

packages may be put on hold till shipping box is full, or till you can't wait anymore. then just email us to ship your package! the shopping cart will apply shipping charges by default. since we will only charge shipping once, all additional shipping charges will be refunded to you before the package leaves our office.

to estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
- credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
- orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

any refused packages will be charged the full cost of return shipment as billed by our delivery carrier and the fee will be deducted from the refund.
